This plaque is carved by Brain Bob who is from the Nuu-chah-nulth Nation.
These wood wall hanging is nearly 3 feet tall and over 14 inches wide. The piece started from a piece of wood that was 2.5 inches thick.
The shell disks are placed into carved holes. The piece is signed on the back.

This is another of one of Nancy’s most popular pieces. This traditional design is clearly identifiable and is ther perfect size to be worn every day and all day. It is wonderful example of the workmanship that Nancy has developed over the years of refining her approach.
